Terms And Conditions
This page contains the detailed site rules confirming that the surfer has read and understood the rules and by using the site agrees to be bound by all the aforementioned.
The rules are as follows :
- The surfer declares and undertakes that surfing and use of the site and the services provided and/or that will be provided on it and/or through it from time to time are subject to the provisions of the "User Agreement" (hereinafter: the "User Agreement") .
- The surfer declares and undertakes that they have read the User Agreement and agreed to all its conditions and hereby declares that they know that the use of the site is stipulated on their full agreement to be bound by the conditions of the User Agreement .
- In the event of any discrepancy between the text below and the text of the User Agreement the text of the User Agreement will prevail.
- The provisions of these rules are in addition to the User Agreement and do not derogate from it.
- The surfer hereby declares and undertakes that they know that using the Internet for financial transactions exposes the user to risks, including infiltrations into data banks and their personal computer and/or any other peripheral. The surfer hereby declares that they will be solely responsible for any damage, loss and/or profit prevention incurred by them as a result of unauthorised use of the password to the site and/or the incautious use of the site. The surfer also declares that they know that the Company will not be responsible for any damage, loss and/or profit prevention caused as a result of using the site and/or the information on it and/or for fluctuations in the site's reaction time and/or for the unavailability of the site and/or for the unavailability of any of its services for any reason whatsoever, including closure of the site by the Company, and they hereby undertake not to claim and/or demand any compensation and/or redress from the Company and/or that the Company should take any responsibility for the aforementioned.
- The surfer hereby declares and undertakes that they know that there may be programmes on the site that gather information on their activities and give their consent to this. The surfer also declares that they know that the details and information about their activities may be kept in the Company's data banks and they consent to this.
- The surfer declares that they know that the site is restricted to surfers over the age of 18 and hereby declares that they are over 18.
- The surfer declares and undertakes that they know that the Company may change the site rules and/or the User Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion, and they hereby declare and undertake that any time that they use the site and/or the Company's services, they will check and keep up to date on the conditions that may be in force at the time.
- The surfer declares that they know that the Company may suspend the site's activities at any time, completely or partially and/or add to and/or remove the services provided on it, all at its sole discretion and without giving any prior notification.
- It is the surfer's responsibility to verify that they are not contravening any law applying to them and to ensure that they fulfill every other legal obligation on them and arising from use of the site and/or from their communications with the Company.
- The client hereby confirms that they have read and understood the rules and the User Agreement and the declarations included in them and that by using the site they agree to be bound by all their provisions .
